“Not only is your expertise and experience top notch, your care and concern for your clients is genuine and sincere. And, you were the inspiration for my daughter to graduate law school and become a lawyer herself in 2025. Thank you! You are the best! I am forever grateful.”

Carla S.

“I highly recommend Wall, McLean, Gallagher. Mike and his staff were extremely helpful, professional and compassionate with the settling of my mother’s estate after she passed away. Mike went above and beyond to handle the entire process. It was truly a pleasure to work with Mike.”

Staff Bio

Stacie adds decades of valuable legal experience to the team at Wall, McLean & Gallagher. She carries two A.A.S. degrees in Legal Secretary and Legal Assistant/Paralegal, plus continuing education in liberal arts, business, management, and creative writing—and experience in plaintiff-oriented personal injury work in Spokane, Great Falls, and Helena. Her caseload in Washington ran the gamut and included auto accidents, slip-and-fall injuries, wrongful deaths, head injuries, maritime injuries and deaths, medical malpractice, and product liability cases such as asbestos and breast implant claims. In each case, she worked alongside her attorney from beginning to end, investigating, preparing claims and demands, conducting legal research, reviewing medical records and information, and helping prepare for litigation and settlement.

After returning home to Montana in 2001, she continued her work as a paralegal in personal injury, asbestos claims, environmental contamination, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, railroad litigation, and, more recently, real estate transactions, collections, estate planning, and family law. Her associations with professional and volunteer organizations, both past and present, include Business & Professional Women, Spokane County Bar Association, Order of Eastern Star, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Montana State Bar Paralegal Section, Montana Association of Legal Assistants, and Daughters of the Nile.

When not working, Stacie is planning the next trip, music concert, or garden/home improvement project, and enjoying her home and critters in the canyon between Great Falls and Helena.
